It is the old stone house on 4 floors. The house has internal stairs, each floor has a separate entrance. Each floor is built as an apartment. Ground floor and first two floors are fully equipped, and the third floor and roof should be completed. Each of the three apartments have (29m2 first, second and third 25m2) kitchen and a dining table in one room, bathroom and bedroom. The property boasts a dominating position at the edge of Podselje. This little village enjoys what is undoubtedly one of the best panoramas on Vis. It overlooks the vineyards of Plisko Polje and, beyond, the Adriatic. Podselje is less than ten minutes drive from the town of Vis in the north and a similar distance from beautiful Srebrena Beach in the south. The area to the west has been landscaped to provide an unobstructed view of the countryside and is an ideal location for a garden, swimming pool, etc.
